Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our IndiaMART seller account efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, responding to inquiries, optimizing visibility, and increasing sales on IndiaMART.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Product Listing & Optimization:
Upload, update, and maintain product listings on IndiaMART.
Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords for better ranking.
Ensure correct pricing, stock availability, and category mapping.
✅ Lead & Inquiry Management:
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
Convert inquiries into sales by providing necessary product details and quotations.
Coordinate with the sales team for bulk order inquiries.
✅ SEO & Visibility Enhancement:
Optimize product pages to rank higher in IndiaMART searches.
Improve product visibility through paid promotions and relevant keyword usage.
✅ Order Processing & Customer Service:
Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure smooth coordination with logistics and timely order fulfillment.
✅ Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze IndiaMART sales performance and generate reports.
Identify trends and implement strategies to improve conversions.
Monitor competitor pricing and promotions.
✅ Platform Relationship Management:
Stay updated with IndiaMART policies, new features, and promotional opportunities.
Communicate with IndiaMART support for any listing or account-related issues.
Requirements:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Experience: 2-3 years of experience in managing IndiaMART or B2B e-commerce platforms.
✔ Skills:
Strong understanding of IndiaMART and B2B sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate and convert leads effectively.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
