Manage data and support the team in calling, lead handling, and overall data organization.
Compile data from each team member and prepare reports for the Director.
Create reports and presentations, classifying data for input and result analysis.
Handle calling tasks as required.
Manage CRM software for efficient data tracking and customer relationship management.
Coordinate post-sales service and provide client support.
Skills:
Strong team coordination abilities.
Proficiency in data management and report preparation.
Good in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Good communication and calling skills.
Ability to analyze data and classify it for input and result evaluation.
Strong client support and after-sales service coordination skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Positive attitude and multi-tasking.
Experience: Minimum 1-5 years data management, and client coordination.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred: Female Candidate.
CTC: Upto 25K.
