Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and client communications
Handle order processing, quotation preparation, and follow-ups
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery of products/services
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Generate and share sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
Schedule meetings, calls, and demos for the sales team
Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Support the team in achieving sales targets and business goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, etc. (preferred)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
