Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and client communications

  • Handle order processing, quotation preparation, and follow-ups

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data

  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely delivery of products/services

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Generate and share sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking

  • Schedule meetings, calls, and demos for the sales team

  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and business goals


Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent coordination and organizational abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, etc. (preferred)

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
