Job Description

Key Responsibility

·         Pan India Primary orders processing in a timely and accurate manner.

·         Coordinate with the sales team to order fulfillment and delivery

·         Manage day to day sales Operations, smooth coordination with sales team and customer.

·         Customer issues collaborate with the sales team to provide solutions. (like rate diffence, Short Received etc)

·         Monitoring and Managing Inventory levels to meet customer demand.

·         Coordinating with production department to ensure product availability.

·         Preparing and maintaining sales reports. including proformance.

·         Coordinating with wearhouse team & logistics team for timely dispatch.

·         Entering and Updating Customer information in the CRM system.

·         Customer creation and documentation.
