• Managing and replying inquiries from website and emails.
• To connect with the potential customer or the businesses via telephone to promote our services.
• To explain services to potential clients.
• To provide pricing details of services.
• Actively seek out new opportunities for business.
• Ability to create sales pipeline/leads through lead follow-up, emails and cold calling.
• Identify prospects and evaluate their need to convert them into customer.
• Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization.
• To maintain service quality by following the standard norms of the organization.
• To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
