Job Description

Revenue Generation:

  • Prospect, identify, and reach out to potential clients via call

  • Qualify leads and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure.

  • Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing clients

  • Regularly follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues related to sales

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that alin with sales goals.

  • Identify and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

Reporting & Collaboration:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide regular updates to the management team regarding sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.

  • Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and potential improvements to the product.

Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in sales, with at least [0-4] years of experience in the ed-tech or Stock market industry

  • Strong understanding of the education technology landscape and market trends.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about technology and education.

  • Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage
