We are seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only) to join our team at Ruloans Distribution Service Pvt Ltd. As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and promoting our products, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services.

•

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information about various offerings.

•

Provide clear and accurate explanations of product features, benefits, and terms.

•

Ensure all communication with customers is recorded accurately in the CRM system.

•

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

•

Follow-up with potential leads and customers for conversions.

•

Maintain a positive relationship with customers and address any queries or concerns they may have.

•

Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

•

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.

Key Requirements:

•

Languages Required: Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English (preferred but not compulsory).

•

Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

•

Ability to influence and persuade customers.

•

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

•

Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

•

Good English communication skills are a must.

•

Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

•

Should be comfortable with making a high volume of calls.
