● Data Research & Analysis: Conduct data research using platforms such as Google, B2B portals,
directories, and association groups to gather client information. Maintain detailed records and data
collation in spreadsheets.
● Telecalling: Engage with existing and potential clients to explain the company's products and services,
and follow up to close deals.
● Payment Follow-up: Contact clients to finalise and complete the payment process, ensuring timely
collections.
● Client Documentation: Collect necessary client documents to proceed with the sales or service process
and ensure compliance with company requirements.
● CRM Management: Accurately record client details and interactions in the CRM system for future
reference and follow-up.
● Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume
and sales performance.
● Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat
business and referrals.
