This job is target based.
Your target will be 4 times your salary. Salary and Target structure - Salary•4 = Target {10k•4= 40k)
Your salary will come within the 10th of every month.
Whatever be your bonus and incentive, you will get it on the 11th of every month.
If any sales executive receives ₹ 10,000 from any one client in the company, then that executive will be given a bonus of ₹ 500. You can win this bonus every day. If you get payment of Rs 10000 per day. On behalf of any one client in the company.
In case a sales executive is not able to achieve his target, even if it is not even a percentage, he will get his salary due to delay for one week or 10 days delay from salary date.
No matter how many holidays a sales executive has, if he/she has completed his monthly target, his salary will be paid in full.
If a sales executive completes the target, he/she will be given a bonus of 8% according to the target set by him.
If a sales executive achieves more than the target. If a person overachieves, he/she will be given 16% of the amount he/she has overachieved more than the target. Eg:- total overachieved 60k - Target = 20k extra
According to the salary, it is mandatory to achieve 60% of the target given to you.
You will have to verify your salary at least in the first month of joining.
You will be given two leaves in a month.
You will be given a phone SIM card and email ID by the company so that you can talk to the client and keep their data safe.
If you have not been given the phone for some reason or you do not want to take the phone yourself. If you want to take only a SIM card and email ID from you, then fill everything in the joining form, why do you not want to take the phone and why have you not received the phone?
In the first month of joining, you will submit the phone to the office itself.
