Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with expertise in telecalling, company filings, accounting, trademark, and copyright services. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales and customer handling, along with proficiency in more than three languages to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into customers.
Explain GST registration, company incorporation, accounting services, trademark, copyright, FSSAI, MSME, and other business filings to potential clients.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to close sales.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide guidance on legal and financial compliance.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated on government regulations and compliance requirements.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or business compliance services.
Knowledge of company filings, GST, accounting, trademarks, and copyrights is a must.
Proficiency in more than three languages (Tamil, English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple leads efficiently and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, CRM tools).
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
