Job Description: Sales Manager - Car Loans (New & Used Cars)
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic Car Loans team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring operational efficiency within the sales department. This position requires a proactive approach to achieving targets and a strong focus on customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Empanelment of New DSA, Dealers, Car Stockist and other Stakeholders
· Conduct regular meetings to set sales objectives, streamline processes, and ensure efficient sales operations
· Regularly interaction with DSAs, Dealers and other channel partners to maintain healthy relationship and business growth
· Build and manage relationships with Lenders, channel partners, and customers to foster business growth and enhance customer satisfaction
· Assist in the empanelment of new dealerships and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales opportunities
· Ensure all the processes, documentation requirements, Logins, Decisioning & agreement execution, and credit approval procedures
· Assist in RTO works, PDD activities till its completed
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and Monetary transactions using CRM systems
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream, or a related field preferred
Experience: Min. 2 yrs in car loans
Location: Delhi/NCR and Gurgaon
Offer Budget: 4L-6L Max
