Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to bring their Travel & Tourism expertise to our team at 13trips in Delhi, Sector 26 Dwarka. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing calls to the leads and handle their objections and closing and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 in a supportive and dynamic setting + Good Incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 2-5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in English and Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift. preference will be given to people who sold memberships in past.
