computerized CNC machines workshop.
Role Description
Managing customer relations
Answering client questions, handling current clients, and staying in touch with potential
new clients. Take customer requirement and pass on to concern team members and
generate quotation with help of concern team
Managing sales presentations
Creating and reviewing sales presentation materials, including brochures, sales decks, and
posters
Managing sales analytics
Analysing customer data, preparing sales reports, and tracking performance metrics
Managing orders
Entering order information into the company database, confirming orders, and ensuring
they are delivered on time. Payment follow up.
Managing administrative tasks
Managing schedules, setting up meetings, and maintaining CRM systems. Coordinate
with Customer and Service team regarding installation and servicing of machines
Generating leads
Managing customer databases, reaching out to potential leads, and assessing the quality of
leads
Providing after-sales support
Offering after-sales support to customers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering.
One or more years of experience as a sales coordinator or in sales administration
Good team development and leadership skills
Computer literacy
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
