- Understand customer need and handle their queries
- Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
• Generating leads: Telesales executives generate sales leads by contacting potential clients, researching, and making cold calls.
• Meeting sales targets: Telesales executives are expected to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Building customer relationships: Telesales executives maintain relationships with existing clients and target them for repeat business.
• Maintaining records: Telesales executives keep accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and overall performance.
• Answering questions: Telesales executives answer questions about products or the company.
• Processing orders: Telesales executives process orders for customers.
• Creating sales reports: Telesales executives create sales reports and compare competitors' offers.
• Following up with customers: Telesales executives follow up with customers after closing a sale to ask if they are satisfied.
• Liaising with other departments: Telesales executives liaise with other departments regarding customer queries and complaints.
• Keeping up with industry trends: Telesales executives are aware of the latest industry trends.
