Sales & Marketing Executive

we are looking for a dedicated sales and marketing with the expertise in the telesales sector to

join our team at web3creations in rohini sec 5 located at delhi . In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers 15000 to 40,000 along with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.

• Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
