Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience who can generate quality leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and building lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through various online and offline channels.

• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.

• Understand client needs and offer tailored digital media solutions.

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong follow-ups and build client relationships.

• Prepare and present pitches/proposals to potential clients.

• Maintain records of sales and client interactions on CRM tools.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in media, marketing, or service-based industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and media solutions is a plus.
