- Understand customer need and handle their queries

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Handle sales inquiries and generate leads through platforms like Indiamart and other online platforms.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and offer product recommendations.
Provide product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and usage to customers.
Negotiate terms of sales and agreements with clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Attend meetings and presentations with clients when necessary.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
