Role Overview:
As a Client Relations & Sales Executive, you will be the face of the company, responsible for connecting with potential clients, managing relationships, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for client service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in creating positive client experiences and ensuring successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct client meetings to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Handle the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and events are executed flawlessly.
Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with the team.
Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and follow-ups.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to generate business.
Regularly communicate with clients post-event for feedback and future business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Female candidates only (as per role requirements)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in client handling and sales (preferably in event management, hospitality, or a related industry)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and maintain attention to detail
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Knowledge of the event industry and market trends (desirable)
Comfortable with client-facing roles and attending client meetings
