Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Domestic BPO Sales Caller to join our prestigious client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products and services, and converting leads into sales. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Sales Calls: Make calls to potential clients and customers to promote products and services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and communication techniques.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospects and existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns to facilitate the sales process.
• Sales Conversion: Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries effectively.
• Database Management: Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information regarding interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the management team for service improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
• Education: HSC or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably within a BPO environment; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and convey information clearly.
• Persuasion Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and influence customer decisions.
• Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
