We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling holiday memberships to potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Call potential customers from provided leads to explain and promote holiday membership packages.
Understand customer needs and tailor the membership pitch accordingly.
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp to close sales.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features.
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and interests to the marketing team.
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
