Job Description:

1. Lead Conversion: Engage with potential students/parents over the phone to promote educational courses and drive enrollments.

2. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to new leads from databases, inquiries, or campaigns.

3. Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS to ensure timely conversions.

4. Product Knowledge: Clearly explain course offerings, benefits, fee structures, and enrollment procedures.

5. CRM Management: Update call records, follow-up notes, and lead status in the CRM system daily.

6. Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

7. Objection Handling: Address and resolve student/parent concerns confidently to improve trust and closure rates.

8. Cross-Selling: Recommend and upsell relevant courses or workshops based on the caller’s interests.

9. Market Feedback: Share insights and feedback received from leads to improve offerings and marketing strategies.

10. Professional Communication: Maintain a persuasive yet empathetic tone in all conversations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
