Sales Telecaller

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, introducing and promoting our products or services, and converting leads into sales. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, work to achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with customers through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to present product offerings, identify their needs, and close sales.

• Lead Generation: Work with the marketing team to generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's products, services, and promotional offers to effectively communicate their value to customers.

• Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs through active listening and offer tailored solutions.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.

• Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and sales inquiries, providing additional information and answering any questions.

• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

• Feedback & Reporting: Report customer feedback, objections, and suggestions to management for process improvements.
