Job Description

Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Manage time to handle multiple calls

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Tamil and have strong computer skills. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales.
Effectively communicate in English and Tamil to explain products/services and answer customer inquiries.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Update customer information and track sales progress in CRM software.
Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide regular feedback on customer responses and market trends.
Required Skills:
Fluency in both English and Tamil (spoken and written).
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous telesales experience is a plus.
Experience with CRM software.
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
