Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Tele Sales to promote student admissions for our iPhone and MacBook Repair Training Institute. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with potential students.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, providing detailed information about training programs and enrollment benefits.
Persuasively convert inquiries into successful admissions by addressing student queries and concerns.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure student satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Accurately document student interactions and maintain sales records in the system database.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Excellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, Urdu and any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
Freshers (1-2 Years experience) in tele sales or a similar role are encouraged to apply.
Job Details:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Shift: Day shift (9 hours per day)
