This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹30000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.
Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should bring at least 1 year of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Regional Languages. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Max Age for this role is 35, with a commitment to working Alternate 6 days, Working during the Day shift of 9 hrs.
