Senior Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Associates with expertise in the any telesales process to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
