Position Details:

• Position: Telecalling Executive

• Salary: [₹15,000 to ₹25,000 in-hand] (Depending on experience and performance)

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

• Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.

• Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and customers.

• Follow-up regularly with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.

• Use pre-set scripts effectively and modify them as needed to better connect with customers.

• Record customer information, feedback, and purchase details accurately.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales and call targets while adhering to compliance standards.

• Provide customer insights to the sales and marketing teams for strategy improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 0.5–2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.

• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a must.

• Education: Minimum qualification - [Graduate].

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

• Availability: Must be available to work 6 days a week during the day shift.
