Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Telecaller to join our team at High Up solar system. Your main job will be to talk to people on the phone—helping current customers and reaching out to new ones.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

Call new people to tell them about our products or services.
Talk to current customers to check in and keep them happy.
Use a script (pre-written message) to help guide the conversation.
Write down important details from each call.
Answer customer questions and solve small problems, or pass them to the right team.
Try to meet weekly goals for the number of calls or sales.
Listen to customer feedback and help us improve.
