This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers ₹8000 - ₹13000 in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Call customers who have shown interest in selling their car.

Explain the inspection process in a simple and polite way.

Help them choose a convenient date and time for the appointment.

Enter the customer’s details and appointment time correctly in our system.

Follow up with customers to confirm or reschedule if needed.

Answer basic questions about the process and build customer trust.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in simple and clear language.

Basic computer knowledge to enter appointment details.

Polite, patient, and ready to help customers.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 0-1 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in Hindi. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Below 10th and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
