- Understand customer need and handle their queries
- Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
- Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
- Manage time to handle multiple calls
• Daily Calling Target: Make 100–150 outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
• Monthly Walk-in Target: Generate 100–150 walk-ins for consultations or meetings.
• Effective Communication: Explain the services/products offered by the company clearly and address client queries effectively.
• Lead Generation and Follow-up: Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to ensure successful walk-ins.
• Data Management: Maintain detailed records of calls made, responses received, and feedback shared.
• Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to foster trust and ensure future interactions.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and walk-ins.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize results.
