Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills and a strong command of the English language. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience in telecalling to kick-start their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients.

• Explaining product or service offerings to customers over the phone.

• Addressing customer queries and providing appropriate solutions.

• Maintaining and updating customer information in the database.

• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call targets.

• Preparing reports and maintaining records using Excel.

• Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good command over the English language (both spoken and written).

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
