We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Following up on leads and inquiries.
Conducting market research and gathering customer information.
Customer Interaction:
Providing accurate and detailed information about products/services.
Addressing customer queries and concerns professionally.
Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Documenting customer interactions and feedback.
Lead Generation and Sales:
Identifying and qualifying leads.
Scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
Achieving daily and monthly call targets.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Data Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Entering data into CRM systems.
Generating reports on call activity and performance.
Other Duties:
Attending training sessions and meetings.
Staying up-to-date on product/service knowledge.
Performing other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
