What You’ll Be Doing:

📞 Engage and Onboard Riders: You’ll be the voice that introduces potential riders to Delhivery, guiding them through the simple and exciting process of joining our platform as Last-Mile Delivery Agents. You’ll make sure they’re equipped and excited to start delivering excellence!

💬 Resolve Rider Issues: Riders are the heart of our business, and you’ll be there to help resolve any challenges they may face, ensuring they have the support they need to be successful in their roles.

🎯 Achieve Daily Goals: Every day brings new opportunities! You’ll focus on meeting your daily targets, ensuring that new riders are successfully onboarded, and keeping our system updated with accurate information.

🔄 Collaborate with the Team: You won’t be alone in this journey. You’ll collaborate with your teammates, sharing tips and ideas on how to improve the rider onboarding experience and make the process smoother for everyone.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu: You should be able to communicate effortlessly in one (or more) of these languages to ensure smooth conversations with riders in your region.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll be speaking with potential riders daily, so your ability to connect, motivate, and engage over the phone is key!

• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You’re a natural at resolving issues quickly and effectively, ensuring riders have a seamless onboarding experience.

• Detail-Oriented: You’ll manage lots of moving parts, and we need someone who can stay organized and keep track of rider progress every step of the way.

• Driven and Goal-Oriented: You love achieving targets and feel a sense of accomplishment when you meet your daily goals.

• Previous Experience: If you have experience in recruitment, customer service, or tele-calling, that’s a bonus! If not, no worries—we’re excited to train enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping others.
