Tele calling

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or offer services.

• Explain product/service details, features, and benefits to customers.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales (if applicable).

• Follow up with customers as needed.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not required.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
