Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Manage time to handle multiple calls

1. Open Trading & Demat account of customers and raise funds in the account
2. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
3. Provide information about our products and services, including investment opportunities, market trends, and trading platforms.
4. Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their investment needs and objectives.
5. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the share market sector.
