Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads

• Introduce and explain the company’s digital sound solutions to prospects

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records

• Coordinate with the sales team for closures

• Maintain daily call logs and lead reports

• Share product features, benefits, and pricing confidently over the phone

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English

• Energetic, confident, and presentable personality

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or marketing is preferred

• Basic understanding of sales pipelines and lead generation

• Ability to convince and handle customer queries effectively

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
