Answer customer queries regarding interest rates, EMIs, tenure, documentation, and process
Needs Assessment
Understand the financial needs of the customer and recommend suitable loan products
Cross-sell or upsell related financial products as per eligibility
Data Management & CRM Updates
Maintain records of calls, leads, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM
Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates for tracking performance
Target Achievement
Work toward monthly/quarterly sales targets, conversions, and lead closures
Meet or exceed assigned KPIs like daily calls, qualified leads, and conversion rate
Coordination with Sales/Operations Teams
Coordinate with field sales or backend team for documentation and processing
Ensure smooth handover of leads and support in closing deals
Compliance & Process Adherence
Follow company policies, lending norms, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
Customer Experience
