Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients

Clearly and professionally explain investment services

Maintain accurate records of daily calls and update CRM systems

Follow up with interested leads and nurture them into clients

Coordinate with the internal sales/advisory team to fix appointments

Build rapport and maintain trust with clients over the phone
