Internship - Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Telecalling Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer communication and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve their concerns.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets as set by the team.

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language].

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
