Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain confident and enthusiastic.
Target-driven with a passion for sales and a “go-getter” attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
