We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching open plot investment opportunities, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales. You will be the first point of contact between the company and potential customers, so communication skills and confidence are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the leads database.

• Pitch open plot projects clearly and confidently.

• Explain the location advantages, project highlights, and investment benefits.

• Schedule and follow up on site visits with prospective clients.

• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and conversions.

• Build rapport with customers and ensure excellent service experience.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and follow-up targets.

• Provide feedback from customers to the sales and marketing team.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
