Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 0.5-1 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in Tamil. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires any Graduates and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
