Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote and sell company products/services.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information to provide customers with accurate and comprehensive details.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities from cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation sources.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Record Keeping: Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
Customer Queries: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Sales Reporting: Report on progress, sales activities, and other metrics to the team leader or manager.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging personality.
Sales Ability: Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and build rapport with customers.
Customer Focus: Ability to listen and understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and call center equipment is a plus.
Target-Oriented: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Language: Hindi, thoda english.
