Job Description

Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Manage time to handle multiple calls

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of explaining the advantages of opening a Demat account with Kotak Securities.
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and active listening.
Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and procedures associated with opening a Demat account.
Handle objections and address any concerns raised by clients, providing accurate information and guidance to facilitate the account opening process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for account openings while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account opening activities using designated CRM software.
Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and product offerings to enhance knowledge and performance.
