Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele caller to promote and sell business loan products over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers for business loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers. Collect and verify required information and documents over the phone. Follow up on leads and maintain a daily MIS/report of calls and conversions.Coordinate with sales or documentation teams for further processing.Handle customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
