In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing outbound calls, conducting Admission Counselling for the students seeking Higher studies after Intermediate and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential students over the phone to give Admission Counselling

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on student needs to complete admission.

• Document student details, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with parents and students, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.
