Tele calling

We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele calling to bring their Loan/ Credit Card expertise to our team at [••ultra cash company ••] in Bangalore, Sector 4 HSR Layout. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹16000 - ₹23000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.Job Requirements:The candidate should bring 0.5-2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
