Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate Telecalling Executives to join our team in Paschim Vihar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. This role focuses on building rapport and providing information about our properties.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases.

• Clearly and accurately communicate property details and answer client inquiries.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.

• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

• Meet daily and weekly call targets.

• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to clearly articulate information and build rapport over the phone.

• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.

• Previous telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Any gender can apply.

• Must be able to work from our Paschim Vihar, Delhi office.
