Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Pitch and promote company products/services effectively.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.

• Maintain a database of leads and follow up with interested prospects.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue.
