Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism during phone conversations with clients.

• Identify potential issues or concerns from client interactions and escalate them to senior team members when necessary.

• Update customer interactions on CRM software for accurate record-keeping.

• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in Hindi language.

• Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).

• Bachelor's degree in any specialisation (B.A., B.Com, etc.).
